Matthew has an investment banking background with several transactions in the maritime industry and formerly served as the co-chief operating officer in a luxury holding company that owned superyachts. He spent over 100 nights as a guest on charter yachts ranging from 70 to 90 meters in length, in various locations including the Red Sea, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Bahamas.

After serving as military advisor to the Governor of the USVI, James started his career at Rockefeller’s Little Dix Bay Resort in Virgin Gorda. Rapidly rising through industry ranks, he managed hotels in the US and British Virgin Islands and the continental US. Properties managed earned Awards of Excellence from Corporate & Incentive Travel and selected to host both the National Governor’s and Lt. Governor’s Conferences. He was then recruited to manage the prestigious Jupiter Island Club when the members purchased the club. Later James was initially engaged by the Residents' Committee of The World - Residences at Sea where he was instrumental in saving the vessel from bankruptcy. At the request of the residents, he went on to serve for six years as the vessel's first successful President & CEO.

Gabriel is a serial founder and senior executive with experience building startups inside and outside of organizations, including leading the development of Virgin Voyages cruise line with Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group.
He has experience in B2B and B2C services, platform business models, family offices, licensing, and community. He has worked in multiple industries, including travel, healthcare, consulting, hospitality, consumer tech, finance, education, restaurants, and nonprofits.
Gabriel's strengths include vision, strategy, product, and partnerships. His focus and interests are in solving big problems and innovations that have positive impact. He set up one of California's first Public Benefit Corporations and is an advocate of multi-stakeholder corporate models.
Gabriel earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.

At his first blockchain venture, he invented the stablecoin as the Co-Founder and CEO of Tether, the most utilized cryptocurrency with a 2022 trading volume of $19.3 Trillion ranking it as one of the top 10 most traded assets in the world.
Prior to this Reeve Co-Founded BlockV, raising $22 Million in an ICO to deliver the first ever platform for the creation of the NFTs. Before the Blockchain, Collins founded several successful ventures, with a series of firsts in the online advertising space including being one of the first employees at Avenue A which went public at the peak of the Internet bubble for $6.6 Billion.

A venture capitalist and recognized innovator in the human capital industry, as the founder of HireCapital, Paul believes in the importance of linking high tech with high touch to create meaningful staffing solutions and relationships for organizations. In 2020, as labor needs and demands changed rapidly, he saw an inflection point within the labor market that dictated a new approach to recruiting. Using technology to operate in today’s changing environments, Paul and his team create and provide true partnerships without compromising their quality consultative approach. No stranger to changing markets and growth opportunities, Paul previously founded and served as president and CEO of HireStrategy. Under his leadership, HireStrategy was named the No. 1 staffing firm in the mid-Atlantic region for size and reputation for ten consecutive years before being acquired.

Formally trained at the legendary Grace Hotel in Johannesburg, Dale earned international experience in luxury hotels, safari lodges and ships. Over his career he held increasingly responsible roles including Chief Concierge with the esteemed Crystal Cruises as well as The World - Residences at Sea. Leaving this remarkable vessel as Front Office Manager, he then became the General Manager of a luxury boutique resort in Panama and later led opening teams for hotel properties in Greece and Malawi. His drive and commitment to service excellence was instrumental in earning the prestigious Iconic Santorini Hotel recognition as the Best Boutique Hotel, firstly in Europe and later on a global level. Dale's experience across a broad range of luxury hospitality offerings provides exceptional depth and proven experience to the Superyacht Holdings Team.

Living in LA, London and Miami, Nikole’s background is in luxury marketing, entertainment, and membership clubs. She started her career in London, where membership clubs are its culture and lead in bespoke hospitality. In the past eight years of her career she has focused on membership development and club conceptualization. Nikole worked at London’s Annabels in celebrity PR, Birley Clubs, Soho House, Neuehouse and Fotografiska, globally developing large business entertainment memberships with Capital Records, Netflix and Apple. She now consults private clubs all over the world, residing in Miami and Paris.

Serving as Resident Services Coordinator and Hotel Operations Assistant onboard The World - Residences at Sea, Paulina gained comprehensive owner service and operations experience aboard this amazing residential vessel. She began her career in France as a receptionist intern before going to sea. At Crystal Cruises she coordinated shore excursion programs and later with Silversea Cruises as International Hostess, taking care of onboard VIPs. On shore, Paulina was a Relief Lodge Manager at the renowned Singita Sabi Sands safari lodge and VIP coordinator for Ritz Carlton in Dubai. Along the way, in addition to native Polish, she has developed fluency in English, French, German and Spanish.
