General
Membership includes an average of 30 nights per year aboard, equity ownership and rights of use on a superyacht. The average of 30 nights per year gives Members the ability to book one or more staterooms simultaneously along the yachts’ annual itinerary.
Membership usage is much more like a private yachting experience than even the most intimate cruise ship can offer. With a minimum of 1:1 staff to guest ratio, and no more than 36 guests, Members are guaranteed a very private and personalized experience every time you step aboard.
Buying
The price per Membership includes a $250,000 initiation fee, annual dues and Operating Expense (OPEX) of $250,000 and a $1,000,000 equity contribution.
The annual Membership cost for operational expenses and annual dues is set at $250,000 per year for each Membership. This amount was calculated to prevent special assessments by covering planned maintenance as well as building adequate reserves for the membership group.
Yes, entities can purchase a Membership. However, one individual must be designated as responsible for bookings and payments. Each beneficial Member will be fully vetted just as individual Members.
Membership is a fraction of the cost of chartering. Since nights are only used for the stateroom(s) that a member actually books, they are able to spend significantly more time onboard for a substantially lower cost per day. The Membership program offers a true member experience; since members are able to easily join the yacht anywhere along its expansive itinerary, based on availability.
Each Membership grants an average of 30 nights per year which are used to make bookings on the yacht. The number of Memberships dictates the number of nights of use per member. You should consider your personal goals to determine the number of Memberships you wish to purchase.

Scheduling & Itinerary
The itinerary will be primarily based on following the sun, with Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters. The itinerary allows for extended stays in some of the more desirable destinations, and Captain’s Choice days to provide flexibility as interesting opportunities may arise in certain ports or anchorages.
Yes. The number of staterooms that you can book simultaneously at any time will be based on seasonality and availability to ensure maximum usage for all members.
When making a reservation, you will be able to select your stateroom based on availability at that time.
Members have the opportunity to book one voyage per ownership unit during the priority booking window. Afterwards, the window is open for all other bookings. A rotating booking priority system will provide equal access over time.
Yes, there are 2 ways to purchase additional nights:
1) Buy additional Memberships
2) Purchase nights contributed by other members to the member exchange.
Similar to making a hotel reservation, bookings are subject to availability and can be done online or over the phone with our concierge. The shared usage program is used to provide all Members with an equal opportunity to book their preferred dates.
The itinerary is planned by our travel experts to maximize the opportunities to visit amazing destinations and participate in exciting events. Every 5 to 10 days there will be a Captain’s Choice day that allows for flexibility in the itinerary to capture opportunities that present themselves along the way. Member feedback will be incorporated into future itineraries.
Based on seasonality and availability, a minimum or maximum stay is not generally required.
The rolling itinerary will generally have bookable nights available between 12 to 18 months in advance. Each release will add 6 months to the itinerary. However, many bookings are made less than 6 months in advance.
Nights are allocated per 12 month booking window. As such, there is no roll-over of nights from one year to the next. If a Member knows they are not going to use all of their nights, they can contribute them to the Member Exchange and allow other Members to purchase them. The proceeds from these purchases are allocated to the contributing Member’s accounts and remitted against their future operating expenses, less a 10% administrative fee.
Members can book their time aboard online or by contacting our concierge directly. Member’s actual number of days aboard will vary depending on the size of the staterooms and the specific dates booked. Holidays, special events, and peak-season dates have a premium factor applied.
Transitioning time between cruising grounds takes approximately 4-5 weeks, and an additional 8-10 weeks set aside for annual maintenance and repairs. This totals approximately 105 days, generally leaving 260 possible days for member use.
An average of 30 nights per Membership allows the shared usage program to adjust the number of bookable nights based on the size of the stateroom and seasonal demand.
