President & CEO - The World
The Residents Committee retained Precise Hospitality Management to save the operation and James St. John ultimately became the first successful President & CEO at The World - Residences at Sea.

Operations - The World
Dale Moffitt joins the management team aboard The World - Residences at Sea as Chief Concierge and is later promoted to manage the front of house operation in a direct supporting role to the General Manager.

Superyacht Blockchain Summit
Matthew and Thomas Locastro began planning a superyacht blockchain summit for the 2019 Monaco F1 race. After networking on yachts and parties throughout the South of France, they met the owner of a 286 ft yacht who agreed to partner with them.
Operational Planning Experience
The Locastros worked with the yacht owner’s management and crew to plan the event, giving them detailed operational planning experience for hosting events onboard yachts of this size range.

Operated by Precise Hospitality Management, the renowned Iconic Santorini Hotel is named 'Best Boutique Hotel on a Global Level.’
Ritz Carlton Yacht Club
James St. John met with Ritz Carlton Yacht Club senior management and was later retained by Savills on their behalf to consult on possible interest in a residential vessel project.
Residential Ship Consultation
Precise Hospitality Management begins consultation for the Aqua Sirena project, an Australian entry into the residential ship market based on converting a retired cruise vessel.
Superyacht Holdings Founded
Thomas and Matthew launch Superyacht Holdings and begin developing the operational planning for a private club aboard a yacht.
Shared Usage Concept
Partnered with the owner of a 236ft yacht, utilizing unused weeks to host summits in the Mediterranean and Red Sea. Brought UHNW individuals, thought leaders and super connectors together as pilots for a shared usage concept where people who do not know each other share a superyacht.
Superyacht Charters
Partnered with the owner of a 282 foot long yacht and charged guests by the stateroom for NYE in St. Barts and separately for time on board throughout the Caribbean.
Test Marketing on Various Yachts
Financial Conference Events
Partnered with a yacht owner to host marketing events at a financial conference in the Bahamas. Brought on groups of prospective members and led tours around the yacht where we began to get live feedback on the club concept.
Superyacht Selection
Traveled throughout Europe touring various high stateroom count yachts evaluating which were suitable for our program.

Monaco Yacht Show
Partnered with the owner of a 279-foot superyacht to jointly market his vessel and our private club.
M/Y Victorious in South Florida
Brought the superyacht to South Florida for a detailed program evaluation held over a three-month period. Eighteen events took place onboard and over five hundred qualified visitors were toured in collaboration with the Family Office Association, Association for Corporate Growth, Trivest, Bank of America and the Nicklaus Children’s Healthcare Foundation.
Members Club at Sea
Based on valued feedback during the program in South Florida, we launched the SYH Club, a unique members club at sea.
Monaco Yacht Show
SYH Club kicked off this season's events at the Monaco Yacht Show.
